The HJ-E800S-P softswitch system is an access-level softswitch platform designed for the next-generation network (NGN). The system is developed based on the VoIP protocol and built on the Linux operating system platform, providing stable and reliable softswitch capabilities. It supports the SIP protocol, NAT traversal, multiple authentication methods, and offers rich value-added services such as voice, video, electronic fax, conferencing, recording, IVR, TTS, and Radius billing interface. Through modular expansion, the system supports interconnection with PSTN networks, PBX systems, and softswitch networks. The system supports load balancing and redundancy backup functions, providing stable and reliable access-level operational services. It features a function-rich web configuration and centralized network management to meet various operational needs.
Teleconference Module
Supports scheduled teleconferences, self-built teleconferences, fixed teleconferences, conference recording, conference management (music, mute, kick out, channel recording, end meeting, etc.), multi-user management, centralized account management, and other functions.
Electronic Fax Service Module
Utilizes existing public Internet network resources, supports all network access methods, and fully supports the SIP protocol. Supports electronic document to fax machine, receiving faxes to Email, receiving faxes to printer, receiving faxes to SMS, mass faxing, multi-user management, centralized fax management, and provides third-party development interfaces.
Telephone Recording Module
Can record and query multiple telephone calls simultaneously. Depending on server performance, supports recording over 150 simultaneous calls. Recorded files are in MP3 format.
Video Conference Module
Based on JAVA Flash streaming media Server, transmits video data via RTMP and HTTP protocols. It is entirely B/S architecture, allowing seamless integration with websites. Supports audio, video, lets you view each participant's desktop. Supports online chat, video, file sharing, and desktop sharing.
Good Compatibility
The system supports the standard SIP protocol. In terms of media, it supports voice, video calls, and electronic fax.
Voice Broadcast Module
Helps customers convert text content into TTS voice, uses mass calling to achieve voice broadcast notification, saving staff time from calling individually and improving work efficiency.
High Reliability
The system network adopts a combination of redundant backup and distributed methods, has undergone rigorous high-traffic testing, is safe and reliable, with stable performance, meeting carrier-grade operational requirements.
